Bear Construction & Engineering Inc. was established in 1992. Located on 5395 Outer Dr. OldCastle ON. We are a locally owned and operated General Contracting and Engineering company.
Services
General Contracting
Since 1992 we have completed numerous projects for the County of Essex, Town of Essex, Town of Tecumseh, City of Windsor, Ministry of Natural Resources, Agriculture Canada and the City of Chatham. Some of these projects involved structural steel buildings, public recreational facilities, public sports complexes, comfort station facilities, cast-in-place concrete bridges and water management reservoirs.
Design Build
With our in house engineering team we provide a complete turn key package from start to completion. By maximizing coordination efficiency we are able to save resources, reduce costs and stream line construction schedules to achieve extraordinary results.
Engineering
Practical engineering services which have been derived from years of construction experience. In house, licensed professional engineers with over 50 years of combined experience in the construction and engineering industry, provide logical cost effective solutions.
Site Servicing
From stormwater management to reinforced concrete structures, our design team provides functional investigations to develop cost effective solutions that are executed in real time
